The gym includes massage rooms and Zen like saunas which provides an exhilarating and relaxing atmosphere to rejuvenate those tense and aching muscles after a hard days work out. the management of fitness53 has carefully and adequately provided for over 320 spaces of safe and secure parking for all patrons throughout its operational hours which will commence at 05:00am until 10:pm daily.
