Mr Humphrey, in his earlier days worked with his father and siblings in the family bakery. That is where he developed the skill and love for baking. Opening his own dynasty was not an easy task. He worked assiduously and despite many impediments, both internal and external, in the year of 1986 he was able to accomplish and build his own.
