Kelvin’s Taste is a small family business that was started in 2018 with cassareep as its focus, by Kelvin and Anessa Forde, in their East Coast Demerara home.
Kelvin’s cassareeps are made using his father’s special recipe; he later created his own special recipe for green seasonings, while his wife perfected one for pepper sauce. Kelvin’s Taste is not known for these three products. All available at DSL Cash and Carry outlets.
